We are a Community Interest Company based in Manchester. We focus on providing a variety of entertaining sports opportunities and activities for the benefit of the local community.

    Football helps build character and teaches discipline, accountability, teamwork, commitment, good work ethics and mental toughness. It fosters unity in the community and is a form of motivation for our children and youth to stay active and in shape.

    Fitness and Exercise

    Exercise helps children build stronger muscles and bones acting as a stimulus for the body to adapt to. Developing a good physical foundation from an early age includes healthy bone mass and density, which will reduce the risk of developing bone-related diseases in later life.
